TRƯỜNG THCS NAM TỪ LIÊM TỔ CHỨC HỘI NGHỊ VIÊN CHỨC, NGƯỜI LAO ĐỘNG NĂM HỌC 2026–2027
Thực hiện Hướng dẫn số 16/HD-CĐXP ngày 25/12/2025 của Công đoàn phường Xuân Phương về việc tổ chức Hội nghị viên chức, người lao động năm 2026, ngày 17/10/2026, Trường THCS Nam Từ Liêm đã tổ chức Hội nghị viên chức, người lao động năm học 2026–2027 với sự tham dự của toàn thể cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên nhà trường.
Tại Hội nghị, đồng chí Hoàng Thị Yến – Hiệu trưởng nhà trường đã trình bày báo cáo tổng kết thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2025–2026 và phương hướng, nhiệm vụ năm học 2026–2027, đánh giá những kết quả đạt được, đồng thời xác định các mục tiêu và giải pháp trọng tâm cho năm học mới.
Tiếp đó, đồng chí Trương Thị Phương – Phó Hiệu trưởng đã tổng kết phong trào thi đua năm học trước, phát động phong trào thi đua năm học 2026–2027. Hội nghị đã thảo luận, thống nhất nội dung giao ước thi đua, thể hiện tinh thần trách nhiệm và quyết tâm xây dựng tập thể nhà trường vững mạnh.
Với tinh thần dân chủ, cởi mở và trách nhiệm, Hội nghị đã lắng nghe các tham luận thiết thực, đề xuất giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng dạy học, giáo dục học sinh và thực hiện hiệu quả nhiệm vụ năm học. Đồng thời, Hội nghị tiến hành bầu Ban Thanh tra nhân dân nhiệm kỳ tiếp theo, góp phần phát huy quyền làm chủ và nâng cao hiệu quả giám sát trong nhà trường.
Hội nghị diễn ra trong không khí nghiêm túc, đoàn kết và thống nhất cao. Đây là tiền đề quan trọng để tập thể cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên Trường THCS Nam Từ Liêm tiếp tục đổi mới, phát huy tinh thần trách nhiệm, quyết tâm thực hiện thắng lợi nhiệm vụ năm học 2026–2027, góp phần xây dựng nhà trường ngày càng phát triển vững mạnh.
NAM TU LIEM JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL HOLDS THE CONFERENCE OF CIVIL SERVANTS AND EMPLOYEES FOR THE 2026–2027 SCHOOL YEAR
In accordance with Guidance No. 16/HD-CĐXP dated December 25TH, 2025, issued by the Xuan Phuong Trade Union on organising the 2026 Conference of Civil Servants and Employees, Nam Tu Liem Junior High School held its Conference of Civil Servants and Employees for the 2026–2027 school year on October 17th, 2026. The conference was attended by all school administrators, teachers, and staff members.
At the conference, Mrs. Hoang Thi Yen, the school principal, presented a report reviewing the implementation of tasks during the 2025–2026 school year and outlining the directions and key tasks for 2026–2027. The report evaluated the achievements of the previous school year while identifying key objectives and solutions for the year ahead.
Following this, Mrs. Truong Thi Phuong, the vice principal, reviewed the emulation movement for the previous school year and launched the emulation movement for 2026–2027. Participants discussed and agreed upon the contents of the emulation commitment, demonstrating their sense of responsibility and determination to build a strong and united school community.
In a democratic, open, and responsible atmosphere, the conference listened to practical presentations proposing solutions to improve teaching quality, student education, and the effective implementation of the school year's objectives. The conference also elected the next-term People’s Inspection Committee, helping promote democratic participation and strengthen the effectiveness of supervision within the school.
The conference took place in a serious, united atmosphere, with a high level of consensus among participants. It laid an important foundation for the administrators, teachers, and staff of Nam Tu Liem Junior High School to continue innovating, strengthening their sense of responsibility, and working together to successfully fulfil the objectives of the 2026–2027 school year, contributing to the school’s sustainable development.
